Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will be emailed the door code, which will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

Property Access

  • Self check-in/check-out is available. Proceed directly to the cabin; no check-in office is required.
  • Door code will be emailed after full payment has been received and resent one week prior to your stay.

  • Inclement Weather: If travel is prevented or delayed due to weather, assistance with canceling or rescheduling will be provided.
  • Damage Coverage: Damage is covered up to the paid damage fee for unintentional accidents. Damages exceeding this amount or caused intentionally/unintentionally beyond the damage fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • The property is accessible by motorcycle and vehicle, with no uphill roads.
  • Level parking for up to four vehicles is available.
